PAYMENT 

Orders cannot be shipped if payment has not cleared. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time we may have already sent your order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but this may be slightly longer at times.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

SHIPPING

UK

All orders to the UK are shipped free using Royal Mail or a Courier such as DHL.

The delivery type will depend on the size, weight and value of the order.

If the order is needed urgently we can use express shipping subject to an additional charge, to be agreed. Please contact us to discuss.

REST OF THE WORLD

We calculate overseas shipping costs based on location and size/weight of items ordered. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can confirm shipping costs. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties incurred or delays due to customs.

LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
If damage should occur during shipment, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos so that we may make a claim with our shipper and replace/refund your order for you.

If the order is lost during shipment, we will replace the order if we are unable to locate & resolve the situation.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any products you receive, please return them within seven days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be damaged or faulty.

If your order is damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos. Upon our agreement please return the item to us via standard rate shipping (please obtain a proof of shipping & receipt for your records). We will then replace/refund your order and your return shipping costs(if applicable).

Orders that have been altered or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return, refund or exchange. 

Personalised & Custom orders:
They are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged unless faulty.  

OTHER

Framed prints will be glazed with perspex rather than glass to avoid breakage issues during shipping.
